To offer guests a wider, and better value range of refreshments and convenience items when they stay, we have replaced mini bars with a virtual shop.
Looking for something sweat, a refreshing drink after a long day or maybe you’ve forgotten to pack something you can’t do without? Relax, we’ve tried to think of the important things our guests need and have included them in the Alpha Shop.
How to order:
- Find what you’d like to order from the photo or list below
- Head down to reception to collect what you need and we’ll charge to your room
- Alternatively, dial reception on 9 to order your items (minimum $10 spend) and we’ll deliver to your room

Come to reception to collect your items at anytime, OR dial 9 and we can deliver to your room (minimum $10 spend required). Items ordered from the Alpha Shop will be charged to your room and are payable at check out.
